订阅按月或按年自动续期，将通过你的 Apple ID 扣款；可随时在系统「设置 → Apple ID → 订阅」取消，取消后当期结束前仍可使用。年度订阅含 7 天免费试用，试用期内取消不收费。退款请求由 Apple 依其政策处理。
IronForge 不提供医疗建议。AI 生成的训练计划仅供参考，不能替代专业教练或医生的意见。力量训练存在受伤风险，请量力而行；如有伤病、心血管疾病或其他健康问题，开始训练前请咨询医生。因训练造成的任何损伤，由用户自行承担责任。
禁止对 App 及其服务进行逆向工程、恶意攻击或用于任何非法用途。AI 生成内容的质量依赖第三方模型，我们不对其绝对准确性作出保证。
我们可能不时更新本协议，重大变更会在 App 内提示。继续使用即视为接受更新后的条款。

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or yearly via your Apple ID and can be cancelled anytime in Settings. The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial. Refunds are handled by Apple.
